Coating vs FARR

The attraction of a roof coating is it’s low cost compared to a tear off and reroof. The down side is almost always a poor installation and not the quality of the product. Building a membrane by installing polyester fabric into the fluid applied emulsion gives you the warranty and longevity of any new roof systems. Many of our Austin and Central Texas customers have benefited from our Fluid Applied Reinforced Roof (FARR) systems. Just remember; if it’s not reinforced, it’s just paint.
