Waterproofing an elevated deck

This type if waterproofing presents many challenges; corners, railing post and a need to be visually pleasing. Our fluid applied systems are ideal to not only seal all details, but finish with as much or as little texture as the clients wants. This Porte-Cochère had to be rebuilt and matched to the rest of the surround porch. Not only did we build a solid membrane, we finished it in the color the client wanted.
