We reduce ponding

In one of my earlier post I stated that ponding cannot be eliminated unless you go to great expense of redoing your deck and or substrate. Or you can select a contractor that is dedicated and trained to mitigate the depth of the ponding. Our friends at Western Colloid have developed a solution to do just that with minimal extra expense. The right mixture of emulsion and bulking material is an excellent solution. It’s an added detail today that will save the property owner money and even extend the life of that roof.
