Fluid applied advantages

Many Architects and custom builders are recognizing the advantages of a fluid applied waterproofing system. Sealing the rough window and door openings with one of our FARR systems will save you money and perform better than metal flashings. Sealing the nail holes in the sheeding is just an extra precaution to keeping the water out. And sealing the transition from plate to foundation not only keeps the water out, it keeps the insects from entering your envelope. If you zoom in the window picture you can see that we embedded polyester fabric. Without this fabric, it’s just glorified paint. Fred@farr2cool.com
