No trade off here

As a long time deconstruction contractor I’ve been hired to remove roofs that are 95% solid to fix the 5% damaged and give the property owner a long term warranty. That was my dilema in my own personal town home in Santa Fe, NM. Pay $2,200 for a repair with no warranty or reroof for $11,500 and a 20 year warranty. I instead opted to install a fluid applied system from Western Colloid for $6800 and get a 10 year warranty. A 20 year system would have been $8,100. Imagine the savings on your comercial size property. A lower carbon foot print AND a lower cost = no trade off here.
